Any account found to have been created by or used by a minor will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable PAGCOR directives.
The no4jl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. No4jl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on no4jl. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — for any purpose, including exploiting bonus offers or circumventing account suspensions, is strictly prohibited. No4jl reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a single individual and forfeit any winnings derived from such accounts.
When registering a no4jl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), no4jl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit copies of government-issued identification documents acceptable under Philippine law, including but not limited to:
No4jl may additionally request proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account displaying your registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by no4jl will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. No4jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions on the no4jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No4jl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to your account verification status and may be adjusted by no4jl at any time with notice to you.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10–60 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Philippine public holidays, or when additional verification is required. No4jl is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
No4jl holds player funds in accounts segregated from its operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Player balances are not used for no4jl's corporate purposes. In the event of cessation of operations, segregated player funds will be returned to players in the manner prescribed by PAGCOR.

Verified funds not subject to active investigation or forfeiture proceedings will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. A player may voluntarily close their no4jl account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure, provided KYC verification has been completed.
All content on the no4jl Platform — including but not limited to the no4jl brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of no4jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the no4jl Platform without prior written consent from no4jl. Unauthorized commercial use of the no4jl brand or Platform content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no4jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No4jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if no4jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No4jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to certain games or features may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, game provider outages, or PAGCOR compliance reviews.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the no4jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact no4jl's 24/7 support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's player complaint mechanisms, as no4jl is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution processes.
No4jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the no4jl Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
